PCB Design

Along with providing the PCB design data for manufacture, we also provide a full Design For Manufacture (DFM) review and report stage, which ensures the manufacturing process of the PCB has been considered for cost, reliability and reduced manufacture times.
Tools
Altium Designer is the primary tool used for all aspects of design. We are are able to abstract data from other platforms, to be used within Altium
Schematic prints and Bill of Materials can be created using a generic template, or one provided by the customer.
PCB Design files can be exported in a range of formats, including all major gerber formats (.ger, RS-274-X and Gerber X2), netlist generation, test points, design rules, pick and place, PCB design reports, DFM report, and 3D models (various). All exported data will be prepared ready for manufacture.
We can accept a range of data to ensure your design meets your requirements, including space envelope drawings.
